These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of CloudySocial, the AI meme generator available at socialmeme.io (“Service”), operated by CloudySocial (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Using CloudySocial
You must be at least 13 years old to use CloudySocial. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
2. Your Content
You retain ownership of the memes, prompts, and images you create or upload using CloudySocial. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide and improve the Service.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use CloudySocial to generate content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, defamatory, or that infringes on someone else’s intellectual property or rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly (or annual, where offered) basis. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. AI-Generated Content
Memes are generated using AI and may occasionally be inaccurate, repetitive, or resemble content generated for other users. We do not guarantee originality or uniqueness of AI-generated output.
6. Intellectual Property
The CloudySocial name, logo, website, and underlying software are the property of CloudySocial and may not be copied or used without permission. Templates provided within the app are licensed for use in memes created through the Service.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to CloudySocial if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
CloudySocial is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudySocial shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of CloudySocial after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
